2019 Best Value Online Hispanic-Serving Institutions

These 25 schools are the best online Hispanic and Latino-Friendly colleges of 2019. They all have significant Hispanic and Latino populations and provide a high return on investment for graduates. They offer online degrees at all academic levels from associate to doctoral. Six of these schools are part of the California State University System, such as #1-ranked California State University-Northridge and #4-ranked California State University-San Bernardino. Students looking for an online college located in another state also have options. For example, St. Peter's University is located in Jersey City, New Jersey and is ranked #3, and several schools in Texas, Florida, and New Mexico also make the list.

At California State University - Northridge, nearly half of all students identify as Hispanic or Latino. In order to ensure that this population feels supported throughout their education, the university has a variety of student groups, clubs, and organization geared towards Hispanic and Latino Students. For example, female students can join Hermanas Unidas de California State University, Northridge, and students of all genders can join Lengua, Unidad, Cultura, Ideologia y Amistad (L.U.C.I.A), a club that exists to promote the Spanish language and Latin culture. Online offerings at California State University - Northridge include bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in fields as diverse as Liberal Studies, Public Administration, and Engineering Management.
