Wayland Baptist University

This school is not Military Friendly. I believe they cost way to much. They have fees for online exams and everything. It so many extra cost on this school. Unlike AMU where if you go to training the teacher can wait for you to come back where you can pick up where you left off. This school give you an incomplete and you have to wait unit the next term to complete your class. A total waste of time. I found Wayland Baptist University to be the ideal fit for me as a non-traditional student. As a single parent working full time I had very little time left for myself. Having the option to take online classes allowed me the flexibility to pursue my degree without taking time away from my children while dashing across town to be in time for class. I found the course work to be challenging in a way that caused me to expand my understanding of my area of business. Not only did I earn a degree but I learned theories and skills that I was able to apply to real life situations. As a result, my own job performance improved and I have become a mentor for other managers at my institution. I strongly recommend Wayland Baptist University for any non-traditional students as it is a place that values your life experiences and provides the flexibility for you to have a life outside of school.
